TN Portfolio Video Tutorial 2017-18

The following video tutorial provides teachers with the steps for uploading and scoring work - including specific instructions for each of the subjects and grade levels.  It is recommended that teachers watch the Fine Arts portion and then fast forward to the grade level or subject that is relevant to them to view the differences.

Classroom Context and Narrative Form - Blank

The following context form is required for each student sample that is uploaded and submitted for all evidence collections to support the Peer Review process. The Context Form has been simplified and, at minimum, asks teachers to identify the domain and the GLE/CLE (or standards) that are being assessed in the Point A or Point B being submitted. The second half of the form asks teachers to provide a narrative for other information that might be helpful when reviewing work. The narrative is optional.
